Recently became involved in two problems with the new 4.4 Bill of Materials. Understandably, the customer became very agitated that the problems would be fixed in September with the next update/release,etc. In their mind these problems were as important (and probably more important) than any Payroll or General Ledger type problem that might be deemed to be critical. Without proper costing, they can easily be out of business by September. I truly hope that there can be some better expedited way to get the customer in urgent need of a fix, some satisfaction.
