When I bring up the A/R Customer Inquiry screen and enter a customer number, and then click on the transactions tab (or any other tab) to display the invoices and payments for the customer, I am puzzled why I can't print that screen of detail using the printer icon in the lower right-hand corner of the screen. That printer icon wants to print a complete Customer Listing.
It will not print just the transaction details that I am looking at on my screen. Why is that?
It seems to me that if I had wanted a Customer Listing, I would have gone to A/R Reports, then selected Customer Listing and printed it; I would not have gone to the trouble of looking at a specific customer's transactions, and then wanting to print the Customer Listing for the entire Customer database.
Does anyone else agree?

Yes, definitely. I've been doing Alt-Print Screen and pasting into Microsoft Word.
