when dealing with large customers like a chain stores. Some stores need to be put on hold. Example would ge a grocery store chain with more than 150 ship to's in our system. We need to be able to put an indiviual store on hold due to not paying their bills, while every other store is OK.

In addition to what Rita W. explained, in our case, we can only ship to locations with a valid tobacco license. Having the ability to place a hold on a specific ship-to rather than the whole account, also, being able to create Memos within a ship-to would be an added benefit. Our work-around requires we create a Memo for each ship-to and activate the 'Auto Display' drop-down to 'Always Notify' when a ship-to's license has expired.
