in AR\customer inquiry\search, customize view, pick & choose the fields that best suit my needs for calling customers that havent used us in the past year. this feature was available in the pas MAS90's but now it isnt. this makes it more work for me, as i keep this screen open when cold calling. the only available column closely related to this is date of last activity. i need to see the amount of sales between this year and last year to get these customers back.
