When too many items are incorrectly completed to a work order, there is currently no way to back those parts out. This causes the cost of the item to be reported wrong and it overstates inventory.

Work order completion transactions cannot be negative. If negatives were allowed we could simply reverse by entering a negative transaction qty.
Overstating the quantity complete on the work order understates the cost associated with the product; and causes costing to be overstated on other work orders
The system needs to allow correction of errors that are likely to occur in a way that maximizes data integrity.
