Include on To and From warehouse code for inventory transfer transactions in IM5

Not sure which version but years ago the to and from warehouse codes showed on the screen when you were doing a transfer.
In addition, both To and From warehouses should be saved in the Item Transaction History table so you know where the item came from and went to.
