When entering comments detail in cash receipts entry it prints on the cash receipts journal but cannot be accessed when doing account inquiry later. You should be able to select the extended comments button to view these comments, but cannot.

• This can be viewed on the transactions tab of Customer Maintenance if you add a UDF to the AR_TransactionsPaymentHistory file and tell it to flow the comment from AR Cash receipts detail.

• Comments entered in a cash receipt should also be available on a drilldown in Customer Maintenance (Invoices and/or Transactions tab)

• I agree with all previous posts. The Cash Receipts Comments need to carry through to Account Inquiry.
