Need the ability to change the decimal precision in Accounts Receivable when the Inventory Management module is not installed. Many businesses do not need the default 3 decimal precision. Not allowing the user to change the decimal precision to something less than 3 restricts their ability to enter amounts greater than 99,999.000 on a single line. Anything over that amount must be split into two lines.

Amend this to be able to add additional places after the decimal for those users who need 4 place decimal precision for miscellaneous items/charges.
I am just coming on this idea after discovering that the "Price" setting in Common Information actually does not control the decimals for prices throughout the system. I even checked the help files which specifically state that the field affects "all price entries". Frankly, I think it is a little ridiculous to have a field that control the decimals but it doesn't work in certain places.
We need the opposite side extended; on invoice line items and item unit prices it is not possible to enter any amounts larger than 7 digits to the left of the decimal, so values >= 100,000,000 are not accepted.
