Add an option to have the lookup at the Sales Order or SO Invoice Data Entry line entry screen show the Inventory Items and Miscellaneous Items and Charges merged into the same lookup. Allow the same combined lookup option for Purchase Order Entry screens.

Would save the user keystrokes as well as make training of new users a bit easier.
