Tax table updates should be automatically downloaded and then alert users (who have permission) that an update is ready to install.

Better yet, the payroll system should know which tax table to use so that a tax table could be installed at any time.

• For our clients, the ehancement to store multiple tax table sets and choose which is to be active at a given time would have priority over the auto download enhancement.
