Add ability to Import Renumber records into Delete and Change Items in v 4.4

In previous versions we could use VI to import Renumber type records into the Item Delete/Renumber/Merge Utility.

Now, VI will not let you import Renumber type records into the file because it is validating the Item Number against the existing CI_Item table.

Of course it will fail because the Item doesn't exist yet. I want to Renumber it, not Merge it.

The only workaround is to create the Item first and then Import a Merge type record.

This seems illogical that VI would make it validate against CI_Item however when doing data entry into the table there is no Validation.
