I would love to see an additional telephone field. I would also like the 1st and 2nd field to have a pull down menu or a field that you can enter work, fax, home, cell, day, eve, etc.. In addition to the fax field. So 3 telephone fields in total 2 user defined and 1 a dedicated fax number. This would be far easer than creating additional contacts.

Use customerizer to create a UDF for the additional fields?
Adding UDF's for cell, Skype, etc was our solution but cell phones typically follow individuals rather than a company. Perhaps adding a UDF on the main screen for mobile phone and also adding them in contact maintenance where there are multiple individual contacts each with their own mobile phone is a better fit in the B2B arena.
