When entering a Bill of Materials Production Entry, if you have multiple warehouses setup, the system uses a 'default' warehouse that is global. Instead it should pull whatever the default warehouse is for the actual item you are reporting production against. Otherwise the use has to know what the default warehouse is for each item or go into Inventory Maintenance and look it up.....not very efficient.
