Unless you have a work order currently open for an item, the cost roll up feature under the Work Order module doesn't work correctly. The Labor/Overhead number is correct, but the materials are some random number. The Bill of Material Cost Roll Up doesn't include labor and overhead.

If this feature worked, I wouldn't have to come in on a weekend and spent 12 hours updating costs because of a systems limitations. Every other ERP system I've used has had this function. It seems like common sense to me, but this one doesn't have it.
