When you enter an employee paperless office password, require that it be entered twice to verify that it was entered correctly. If you type the employee SSN incorrectly, you won't know it until you try to open a paperless voucher and it won't open. You have no idea what password was used. If you click on the "E-mail password" button, it sends a message saying your SSN is your password which it isn't.

  • Or at least allow it for a way to reset it.
    I have had this problem and can't get the system to reset the password.
    Sometimes the field gets corrupted. So naturally you want to reset it.
