Have the ability to re-open a job once it is closed. Sometimes costs come up after the fact that need to be added to get a true cost for the job.

• We are continually doing this - the way we got around the system was we set all jobs to hold -and you can continue to post costs to them as long as they are in that status. Then at the end of the year we clear them out to history by resetting the status to complete.

• You can re-open any job as long as you set up Job Cost to ARCHIVE rather than PURGE completed jobs.
