It would great if our Customer Service Dept had limited access to Customer Maintenance to add new contacts with phone numbers, address and email without having to go to a supervisor.
Also having our Purachsing Agent able to change reorder.min/max points but be able to change cost, item code, item description or customer pricing

  • You can control some of this with Role security. Not sure if the role based security gets as finite as what you are looking for.

  • You can also address the using groups in customizer. Modify the panel, assign it to a group and then assign the user to that group in user maintenance.
