There should be a way to re-open a work order if it was closed accidentally. This can be an administrative feature or something where only an admin can re-open.
Sometimes there are issues with processing workorders and the wrong one gets closed.

Also, if the work order closed before a receipt of goods needed to be updated. Too late. AHHH!!!!!
Double vote: If an order is closed accidently, it's a nightmare to rectify. WT/SO should be allowed to re-open by admins only.
