Although the installation whitepaper indicates that VMWare is a supported installation type, SAGE does not support the installation using a SAN (or any network storage device).
VMWare indicates that the best practises and best use of VMWare is to use a SAN in the deployment so that High Availability is possible with Clustered VMWare VSphere Servers.
From a business continutity standpoint SAGE absolutely MUST include a SAN (and any other Network Storage Device) in the next release of their software. This is where businesses are going and they would be supporting a product that ensures MAS has a higher uptime.
No Brainer. Please correct this asap.

We actually have two copies of MAS200 and one copy of MAS90 running this way that have been running this way for more than two years on v4.2 with no issues.
We are now using v4.4.003 since 4/1/11 on VMWare with a SAN with no issues at all. Without VMWare and the SAN, we could have never completed our upgrade from v3.71.
