When importing with VI into the TC.TCARD file, it only populates TC1 and does not populate TC2 unless you rebuilt sort files after running the import. If you don't rebuild sort files, then the data will not appear on any TimeCard reports and will not be accessible from the payroll module.

We have serveral clients who have to deal with this every payroll. It is not something they are happy about.
I also did not see this ahead of time and we have a client who is very displeased. Luckily our Dev team has come up with a fix for this and has rewritten the VI program to write to both tables now. Something that Sage never did, unfortunately.
