Want to be able to have the items in a bill pull from different warehouses in MAS. So, either allow us to assing the warehouse we want the item to pull from, or have it pull from the default warehouse of the item when you run production entry.

Strongly agree - this is needed. If the default warehouse was in the bill of materials maintenance lines tab it could be used in BOM and WO and MRP.

To clarify, Assign parent and component default warehouses for the production entry.
Similar to the "Default Values for Sales Order Entry"
You can already do this. When you are allocating in a production entry, there is a box below you allocation lines and one line in the box says Warehouse. You can click on that box and pick a different warehouse for every line item you allocate.
