This selection is restricted for any item line that originated from a Sales Order. It is available for new lines only. We would like to see this restriction controlled by Role Maintenance.

We have clients that charge their invoicing staff with checking prices. It slows things down to require a second screen for price checking or temporarily insert a new line duplicate line to check a price.
