Currently when you create a sales order from SageCRM and you use the Copy From feaure and copy from the sales order, only the lines information is copied and none of the Sales Order Header information is copied like, freight, ship to address, and comment. Would like the order copy function from SageCRM to work like the copy from function when called from Sales Order Entry.

This is standard functionality in the standard SO Task, why would you want to do anything else? It just doesn't make sense.
We need SAGE CRM orders to function as expected. Anything else lowers user confidence in the MAS90/200 product.
Also, it must cost SAGE more money and effort to maintain different version of what should be shared code in the same task.
Poor planning on SAGE's part I believe.
