When a user that has MAS90/200 installed on their local workstation accesses a MAS90/200 installation on a terminal server the terminal server installation is damaged and paperless office will no longer work.

    Is this an an error that can be duplicated with steps provided? Because I believe I've seen situations where the problem described is not the case. Perhaps there is something specific to your environment that is causing this.

  • This is generally caused by redirected Sage PDF Converters that reside on the Terminal Users' workstations. Either remove the Sage PDF Converter from the local workstation through printers and faxes, or choose not to populate printers through the "Local Resources" tab in the Remote Desktop Connection Dialog box. If there is a redirected Sage PDF Converter that shows up on the Terminal Server box, it is highly likely the functionality of Paperless will be affected.

  • There must be a way to allow remote users to print to their local printers without causing this Sage PDF printer to error during paperless office update.
