The Explode Sub-Assemblies During Work Order Entry option is currently available only if the Bill of Materials module is integrated with Work Order and if Material Requirements Planning is not installed. This option should be available even when MRP is installed. Exploding subassemblies is needed in businesses that also need MRP. We need MRP and we need to explode subassemblies.

YES we need it also!!! If phantom bills cost would carry over to the other modules that could be a viable solution
Production Management has replaced Work Order and Inventory Requirements Planning (IRP) has replaced MRP. In the 2023 Release, scheduled for April 2023, the Explode Sub-Assemblies option will be available when IRP is installed. The option to explode subassemblies has been added in Work Ticket Entry and on the Inventory Requirements Planning screen for IRP Generation.
