AP Aged Invoice Report: each invoice listed prints in the invoice balance and again in the appropriate column (current, 30, 60, 90 or 120). Unfortunately, the other columns are filled in with zeros. This makes the detailed report much more diffult to read. An older version would only show this with the vendor subtotals. I understand that from the programming side this is the simpler way. Please look at this from the accounting side. I work for a seasonal business and we do have certain times of the year we get away from the current column. I need to show my DOF the aging to pop out when we are in the tight quarter - right now the wow factor lost in all of the extra ink.

  • I agree that it is kind of busy with all those zeros but it is easy to fix. You can use Crystal Reports designer to just suppress the detail aging and discount amount column fields if their value equals zero.

  • John: I am not familiar with Crystal. I checked with our IT guy who is familiar with Crystal, but is not familiar with Mas90. Where can we find the Crystal Report designer report in Mas90? Can the report just be opened with Crystal and then saved and put back where it was? Thank you, Donna

  • You should have a CD for Crystal Reports amoung your MAS CDs. Make sure it is the right version. 4.4 uses Crystal 11.5. If you install Crystal Reports from the CD to your workstation, MAS 90/200 will recognize it and you will find a Designer button or a drop down with a Designer choice at the upper right of the report or form dialog screen. Click on Designer and Crystal reports will bring the current report/form setting up in the Crystal Reports designer. I usually prefer not to edit the STANDARD setting. I suggest you create a named setting and edit that.
