The transaction detail prints on one line then the related comments line prints below it. When reading across, it is hard to tell which comment goes with which line. There is a great deal of white space in between and it typically requires a ruler. (No, I am not old, and no I don't have bad vision.) Also, why the comments: word is bold when it is the second line seems odd. Couldn't the comment be added to the same line as the detail which would also shorten up the report by 50%?
This report should also be easier to export and get all the data on one line.
Ideally, we should be able to open the report and drill-down like we can in Peachtree. Thank you!

Because you can now have many versions of business framework reports, we often have several version that are formated for specific purposes. Each saved report version has its own Crystal Report file which you can edit. For export, we reformat a version to one line for CSV file export.
If you are unfamiliar with Crystal, your Reseller should be able to get you started or even change reports for you. The Sage Community is also a good source of help.
I agree with Katherine....the reseller charges hefty fees...we should have access to an easy to read report without paying reseller fees.
Try checking the "print condensed". The print is small but the overall report is much more readable.
