Creating a Sales Order from within SAGE CRM does not does not copy email contact information from CRM Person Record to Sales Order; it copies the AR_Customer primary contact email. We require the Person Email contact information be present on the Sales Order. The current method is incorrect, the expected result is to choose a person and have his contact information appear on the Sales Order, this is how it works from within MAS90/200.
