Sage 100: Documents created in CRM cannot currently be emailed from the CRM system. I find this very strange for a customer communication program. Please give me the ability to email forms and documents created in CRM to contacts and CC others necessary.

I find this very strange for a customer communication program to not offer a way to communicate documents to customers. Please give me the ability to email forms and documents created in CRM to contacts and CC others necessary directly from documents or communications tab in CRM.
