Allow Report Settings copied via Report Manager to show in the copied company. Currently, copied Report Settings do not show in the company they are supposed to be copied to.
Steps to Duplicate in 4.50.2.0 in ABC and XYZ, with proper Role permissions set and Crystal Reports 11 Release 2 for Sage installed on the workstation.
1. In the ABC company, go to Inventory Management / Reports menu / Inventory Stock Status Report (or another report).
2. To create a new Report Setting other than the "STANDARD", click on the chevron and select "Save As".
3. Enter a new Report Setting name, such as "TEST".
3. Click the "Designer" button, answering "Yes" when prompted with "Do you want to save this Report Setting?" (This causes a Crystal Report form *.rpt file to be created.)
4. Once the Crystal Report form is open in Crystal Reports Designer, exit the Designer program. (There is no need to save the form as it is already created now.)
5. Go to Library Master / Setup menu / Report Manager.
6. Select Inventory Management, then Reports, then Inventory Stock Status Report and click the Maintain button.
7. In the Maintain window, select the new Report Setting created "TEST" and click the Copy button.
8. Copy to a new Report Setting "TEST" in the XYZ company.
9. Switch to the XYZ company, go to Inventory Management / Reports menu / Inventory Stock Status Report.
10. List the Report Settings available. Notice "TEST" is not available.
