Per IRS regs. Credit card company's issue a 1099 for this already.

Vendor payments made by credit card transfer should not increase 1099 reporting amounts.

Have been advised that the credit card transfer program gives the option to turn it off at the time of transfer. However, would suggest that the system should turn it off automatically (or at least make it an a/p setup option to do so).
