I'm using the current "method" and it's cryptic and requires plain text passwords.

Add a LOG paramater to save log files.
Files, Folders, Import and Export files and Log files can be protected with Windows Security. So don't get lost in the overhead. Make it simple and usable.
Currently there is no way to automatically import and export jobs and automate log file parsing/notifcation via error codes. This has been available in other accounting systems for 20+ years and is not a new topic. Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 easily supports file parsing and archiving, so it's not an OS limitation.
