When journals and registers are updated via task scheduler the updated? flag in paperless office is not set to Y. There is a current case for this, can that case be re-opened and fixed in both 4.4 and 4.5?

This seems like a bug to me. It doesn't make sense that you can't use the Task Scheduler if Paperless Office is enabled.
