By requiring the users to be setup as administrators on the pc they are using to access MAS, it greatly reduces control by the IT administrator. One of the purposes of operating in a Terminal Services environment is to control the user environment and minimize potential user caused issues. by requring them to be administrators it opens the user up to be able to do anything (load programs, delete programs, etc.) on the Terminal server. Major Frustration.
