There is only one Work Order Scrap account in the work order options. Many manufacturers have numerous product lines and more than one manufacturing location. I believe the work order scrap account should be added to product line maintenance and should allow for posting by warehouse. Another option would be to allow the Work Order Scrap GL account to be changed during data entry of a scrap work order transaction.
