it would be nice to have the ability to edit the stock 'body' of the email just before sending.
For the majority of the time, the stock message is fine, but there are times when giving an email that 'personal touch' is needed to solve some issues.
the ability to add 'Sorry for the error, attached is the credit memo we discussed' can go along way with customers.

  • This can be done when sending an email from the Customer Viewer, Vendor Viewer, Customer Electronic Delivery Inquiry, and Vendor Electronic Delivery Inquiry.

    Using the Customer Viewer as an example. Find the customer's credit memo that has been printed to PDF in the viewer list and highlight that row. Click on the Electronic Delivery (envelope) on the right side.

    On the Electronic Delivery dialog click the Edit Message button in the lower left corner of the dialog. The default subject and body for that document type will display. This can then be changed however you like before clicking OK and then clicking Send to send the email.
