A picture is worth a thousand words ... Paperless office is only part of the solution. In order for offices to truly achieve their goal of significant paper reduction, MAS will need to simplify the accessing and attaching of files (images, pdfs, whatever) within the various MAS modules. I can drag and drop attachments in email - this same functionality lift a HUGE burden off of paper-heavy offices/companies.
