The New Count Card Program is GREAT, EXCEPT:
When using the Count Card system - - - - One audit should be done to close up the chance for error or items missed.
There should be a report that prints Inventory Items that do NOT have a count card attached.
This would tie up the count card system and make sure every item was counted, even if the quantity is zero.

The count card Variance report only shows variances on tags that are entered. If someone forgets to count and/or put tags on a bin or even a whole row of bins the count card variance report doesn not show any vaniance (it does later when uou update it to physical count but then it is too late to edit count card entry.
The variance report should include all items that are frozen and show zero quantity counted if there is no tag entered.
