Currently when a sales order is created for an opportunity and the quote or order is sync'd to SageCRM the lines do not bring over the comment. This comment field is commonly used to store detailed information about the line item. This is not the same as the comment /c item. It is the comment field that is available for inventory, * items, and such.

Without this information the sales person would be required to open Sage 100 to get the info. It would also mean that this info is not available to print quotes from CRM.
