Lockdown the sub ledger GL's so you can't post from another sub ledger.

One of the most common causes of subledgers being out of balance with the GL is the posting of General Journal entries to control accounts like the AR, AP, Inventory or Cash accounts. Also using the AR account as an expense account in an AP invoice posting. By adding an option to not allow those types of posting it would save hours of time in reconciling those control accounts!
There was scripting that was demo'd using Custom Office in which you can do just that.
