It is very difficult to set up security when you have many companies and users and you need to exclude specific users from specific companies. We have over 200 companies defined in Sage 100 and over 25 users. Many of these users should not have access to some of these companies. Currently there is no easy way to set this up in User Maintenance.

I have 450 companies and some users should not have access to certain tasks, or modules, in about 15 of those companies.
Prior versions of Sage 100 (mas90/200) allowed this.
I cannot stress the importance of being able to keep specific employees out of sensitive data.
This is a major flaw in the Sage 100 current version.
In Sage 100 2021, a feature to exclude a user from a company is included in many enhancements to user/role security.
