When setting up Paperless Office for paystubs, I discovered the Social Security option for all employees did not send the note indicating the employee's password would be their SS# to every employee. Some received a random password.....to make matters worse, those employees who received a random password received the same "random" password as everyone else. I wonder how many companies have employees "sharing" the same password for their extremely confidential payroll information without knowing it?
