Under Purchase Order Maintenance hae a "Notes" feature that will allow for entry of expediting notes. Currently our expediting notes are written on the paper copy.
In the new feature a "notes" area similar to that in a Vendor Record will allow spce for the notes.

The Memo function is available for each Purchase Order and also will allow an attachment. You can also add /c comment lines that will take about 2000 characters.
