Add the ability to attach Associated attachments to forms and for the attachments to be in formats other than PDF's, such as Excel spreadsheets, JPG's etc.

  • YES! I vote to include this feature. We consistently send out Flyer/Notices/Specials, etc. to Customer Base and why not utilize the e-mail addresses already in A/R Maintenance... we used to be able to do this in very old 3.23 version in Unix so why not in the latest, greatest versions moving forward!

  • In the 2021 Release, you are no longer limited to PDF files when associating documents with journals and registers. Any document type can be associated, including Word documents, Excel workbooks, images, and so forth.

    At the moment, associated documents can only be attached to Journals and Registers.

  • Yes, we need to ability to add an attachment, such as sales flyer, to A/R statements

  • When you are emailing forms (Invoices, Statements, etc.) you do have the ability to add attachments, such as Sales Flyers, on the Electronic for Delivery Forms dialog.
