Current one has been there a long time and is of poor quality also. If one is aggravated at having to call support. Then have to be on hold for an extended period of time. Then, to become annoyed by bad music all that time that seems to repeat every few minutes.

Customer service person agreed having gone through the same thing before herself. I was grateful that she just muted me while checking on things.

  • Loud and obnoxious music. I had one experience of calling customer service where I wished that it had lasted longer, and it wasn't Sage. The music was high-quality classical music, which was relaxing during a stressful time. Also, we don't need the loud shilling of products every 30 seconds.
