Many times we have customer calling up for a copy of an invoice and want it emailed to them. We either have to save it to a file to attach it to an email or we print it and then scan it using our one printer that scans them and then emails it to us so we can forward it. It would be nice if we could choose email when picking a printer and our email opens up with it already attached. To many steps right now to email any doc in MAS....

Turn on your paperless office functionality. The ability to do this has been around for many years. Call your Sage Partner. He/she can show you how to do it.
Use Print/PDF function on the invoicing and you will have a file with the invoices to attach to emails readily available.
