There is currently no setting in MAS to request read receipts or confirmation of delivery for emailed PDFs. The Paperless Office Viewer only records whether the PDF document was electronically delivered by e-mail or fax but not if it was received or rejected by the customer's email server. Having this functionality would alert that the invoice was rejected so that it can be resent and prevent customer's from never receiving their invoices.

It would be EXTREMELY beneficial to have a sent record of e-mails to be able to go back to and resend/forward or keep an e-mail chain going. Sage BusinessWorks was able to be tied to Microsoft Outlook and all e-mails sent from BusinessWorks were recorded in the Outlook sent box.
Having read receipts is an essential tool for email communications. Please consider this in future Sage 100 Paperless office features.
