It would be convenient when entering credit work orders, after copying and pasting and adding a c or cr to the original w/o #, to have the next (new) work order fall back to the one before the credit. what happens when a credit is done, the next new w/o will follow in sequential order of the credit one. Our service department doesn't necessarily know when the accouting dept is processing a credit, and then they enter new w/o and their sequence is off.
