When processing RMAs, there is a check box available, labeled Credit Freight. However, checking the box seems to have no effect. My understanding is that checking this box actually calculates freight, instead of simply crediting the freight on the referenced invoice. I recommend a new box labeled "Calc. Freight" be set up for this purpode, and that "Credit Freight" be used to ACTUALLY CREDIT FREIGHT!
