The Payroll direct deposit amounts do not calculate correctly if the employee has more than two bank accounts and has chosen a percentage option. An example for an employee being paid $1,000:

Account 1: Fixed Amount - $50.00
Account 2: Percent of Net Wages - 50%
Account 3: Percent of Net Wages - 100%

Sage Calculated Amounts:

Account 1: $50.00
Account 2: $500.00
Account 3: $450.00

  • This is working correctly and the amounts in your example are what I would expect. It will calculate an amount for each bank account in the order of setup. If there is not enough money left in the direct deposit amount to allocate, it will put the remainder into the account its currently doing the calculation for.
